For myself I think the site runs well - I cant think of ANYTHING that runs perfectly all the time. (My poker is the only thing that runs perfectly badly all the time tho!)
Tried customer services, got a busy tone, then when i got through i was met with a recorded message "your call is important to us, please hold" So i did for 17 mins!!!
I dont mind so much but as in my previous thread, my opponent maned to get back on and steal my blinds to win our heads up battle in a bounty hunter of 3 hrs!!

You must be kidding, I used to be on a site that had to close down for two WEEKS to sort out their systems only for it to go wrong again within 24 hours, so Sky have a long way to go before they get THAT bad.
If I'm lucky, I get my tourny entry free back from CC?
I could make 4 times that in the time it would take me to get there - but what about the money I should/probably would have won, had I had the chance to finish the tournament I was playing?
