    Yup, there was a brief hiatus, but it seems fine now, at least it seems to be for me.

    Head Office are aware, & I hope nobody was too inconvenienced.

    Have e-mailed cust service as being disconnected from dym's whilst one person remains connected isn't overly helpful

    However after the uninterested and somewhat rude reply i received when there was problems a few months back, i'm not holding out much hope.

    at best a pain in the glutamus at worst amateurish ( and i dont care if i spelt it wrong) 40mins into a nl50 hu game and booooom gone!! download version as well. it aint right!!!

    It appears that a lot of people are still having problems as I'm sat in a long queue trying to get through to cs.

    Essential maintainence and updates really aren't essential if this is the result 50% of the time.

    These thing happen

    For myself I think the site runs well - I cant think of ANYTHING that runs perfectly all the time. (My poker is the only thing that runs perfectly badly all the time tho!)

    Im sure customer care will sort any probs

    Tried customer services, got a busy tone, then when i got through i was met with a recorded message "your call is important to us, please hold" So i did for 17 mins!!!
    I dont mind so much but as in my previous thread, my opponent maned to get back on and steal my blinds to win our heads up battle  in a bounty hunter of 3 hrs!!

    You must be kidding, I used to be on a site that had to close down for two WEEKS to sort out their systems only for it to go wrong again within 24 hours, so Sky have a long way to go before they get THAT bad.

    I could make 4 times that in the time it would take me to get there - but what about the money I should/probably would have won, had I had the chance to finish the tournament I was playing?

    i like the way you say dont flood forum by setting up a thread......on the forum, it cant have affected everyone because by the time i was reconnected i was out of the 3 dyms costing me 15 quid nice one!! cc wont care its like banging ur head against a brick wall with those halfwits! chance of a refund???? very much doubt it!

    sky is getting worse by all account maybe they should get a decent programmer and keep rach away from the system.
