I don't like the limp pre sir. This is a perfect spot to take down the dead money pre with a nice raise. (make it 700 ish)

Also i would defo be trying to take this away on the flop with a nice bet too, as played. Your on the button, you need to take advantage of your position.

On the turn you are fine to take a free/cheap card with the number of peeps in the pot.

    Nice hand

You say it's a nice flop......don't get too carried away by your str8 flush draw, it's likely your fd is only 2 outs, it looks alot better than it actually is.

Is 23xbb too deep to jam pre after 2 limpers?

I think I would actually jam....whadda ya think?

Yes, Doh, a jam preflop is fine if you are almost certain to tid, but raising 700 should do the same job... It really depends how fishy/trappy you think the limpers are.

You should not let1 hand determine, how u play your next hand, unless u played it badly,or extremely well.
That is where we get our expierence from.
Sounds to me AK suited, hit a king, then running into pocket kings, just unfortunate.

i would definately put in a decent size raise pre flop,u stated u were cautious as you lost half your stack, but any other clubs, apart from your 7 or queen, and i think u might have lost the other half. With a decent raise pre you reduce your chances of this happening, and increase your chances of taking the hand down.

But all the same a very nice hand.
