Villain here was playing very agg but never played him before think my 3 bet was to small,but also find it hard to call his flop raise its fold or push i think.

as he is aggro and its a dry board I think calling the flop raise and c/jamming most turns is best. hide results next time for better responses.
if you always bet 3/4 pot in 3bet pot on this texture of board id say thats a leak if you ever cbet with air
I would have made a bigger raise perflop with qq, than a 3x bet, as this does allow gambling players into the pot with allsorts of hands.
If the player is aggro and has a tendancy to defend his blinds, then make him pay early on.
I think that even if you just call their re raise post flop, when the 7 comes on the turn, your stuck, unless you think they have a 7 in their hand. Their hand is disguised and as played you were stuffed, unlucky.
