Amazing hand - Comments welcome on how I played it

Do you all make the All in call at the end when the nuts suddenly becomes not the nuts?

My Thinking - He overbets the pot after the flop to steal, only half bets pot after turn and then goes all in after river. As he bet 400 on a J44 flop i didn't see how an 8 made any difference.

As above, fold pre. After that played fine.

He's like never got an 8 here. And if he had limped JJ he wouldn't pot bet the flop.

He's obv hoping you were fishing for a flush and shutting his eyes and firing the 3rd barrel and praying for a fold.

Yes and yes, but fold pre-flop, 99% of the time you'll only get in trouble.

BTW, I wish my opponents played like that!
