I can't stand the guy but I love watching him. I remember reading that he got banned from a casino for refusing to pay for a sandwhich. FWIW Jesse May thinks he's a gentleman. BTW did anyone see De Wolfe give Hellmuth the "Happy Retiremnt" card? So funny.

Haha Roland is awesome, he loves winding Phil up! Hellmuth should seriously think about it as well the results he has now
He is an idiot really. Playing in the heat last week he said he was the best player at the table and should win the heat easily when Negreanu was there - numpty... Posted by SALT1R3
Numpty,
Schwartz comes to the table late open raises his first hand on the button and the genius that is Negreanu rr all in with A2s, wtf did he think Luke had? He'd been sitting out to limp to final table. The look on Negreanu's face was priceless when Schwartz called with AA. We all know Ferguson and Ivey are class but thank the poker gods for players like Luke Schwartz.

Yeah I did conveniently forget to mention Daniel didn't last very long to counter my argument lol!!
Having watched Lukes behaviour over the last couple of shows I have to agree it does make good TV. He only played two hands this week but totally stole the show !
But I think he is getting very close to the line of what is acceptable in a poker tournament, and would question whether he would be able to get away with it in a higher status tourny. I cant imagine him doing it in the WSOP or an EPT event.
And even at that top class table I believe that some of the other players were embarrassed even intimidated by him.
With a whole new generation of poker players coming through I would hate to see them following his example and copying him at DTD or my local casino.

I'd rather see players talking and showing some passion than slow rolling like you did to me at an SPT last year
I watched a few interviews of him last night and have to admit I have changed my mind, I called him a creep. lol bit strong, I was impressed by everythinghe said, normal youthful exuberance
