The virtual pack is shuffled ONCE before the hands are dealt, just like in a live game. It's been previously confirmed by Sky on this site.

    Q. What does the random number generator in our poker software actually do?

    A. It shuffles (very effectively) 52 cards once per hand - and once only

The random number generator shuffles the cards, then, depending on who it considers to be a bit of a donkey, it decides which cards are best for the turn, then it reconsiders its position and looks at everyones bankroll amount, and depending on who makes the most deposits and who will get annoyed the most if they lose, it decides which river card to deal-- hope this helps
