Chip leader bullying?

I haven't got the hand history for this sadly.

Scenario is, 300 runner MTT.  We are approaching the bubble.  I am 3rd, with about 55 bigs and UTG.  The chip leader with about 75 bigs is also on my table in the big blind.

We've both been fairly aggressive, been on the same table for about 10 mins, not got much of a read, but have generally avoided eachother.  On this occassion I pick up QQ, and raise 2.7(ish) x BB, it gets folded around to the
the chip leader who shoves.

I dwell up, figure he has me on pretty much anything from 55, A10 and better, then deduce his range in 10s, AQ, AK or better.  But the shove, the massive overbet makes me think, he could have either, AK, AA or KK.  I then fold.  Obviously prefer to be the shover.

Nitty fold, yes?  Correct fold?

What do you think?

Fold, your stack is way too big to risk it, I'd call if I was down to around 20BB. If he keeps doing this repeatedly QQ becomes a call.
