My cards did not show, remained face down.
When the flop came I had no choice but to fold.
My cards now revealed as Q10 S

Flop came rag rag 10.
I hit top pair, so I would have placed a bet.
Turn and the river gave me a full house.
There was another full house , so I would have doubled up, mine was bigger.
Where is the justice.
Sky please return my money!!!!!!

The table corrupts sometimes, and the cards are face down during a hand its rather strange.

I dunno why you have posted this on the forum though, this is a matter for customer care. Why dont you copy and paste your post onto an e-mail, or the live chat, and tell them about the fault.

Flopwit stupid fault innit-- one of the so called "technical team" said thats it's a very rare fault that only happens when you disconnect for a couple or rounds---- this explanation is, of course, a complete load of things that begin with b and are dangly when warm!--- It happens even if you lose connection for 1 second, and it should be impossible for a players hole cards to be face down-- The tech team know about this fault and have chosen to ignore it, you can wonder why, and if you do, try to consider their level of percieved competence in your conclusion

Yea but everything about the site is programmed to run against you, and only you.

It shouldn't be happening to players at random so Wynne I'd just get onto them and blag em for ya fiver back if you believe it really effected the outcome of your game.

I did, but got the expected reply, it is not their fault,of course it is, it is to do with the software!
