TSP classic, blind steal, hit top pair.. get rereaised on flop now what?

A few questions here.
1. i had just won a big pot with JJ preflop the hand before, should i just fold this pre rather than try a blind steal? Is my raise too small?
2. Once i hit top pair, is my C bet too big?
3. Once i C bet that size do i have to stack off due to the amount committed, or does it give me a chance to fold the worst hand?
My instinct was to fold... He has to have me crushed right? No reads on the bb, apart from i had not seen him do very much.

howver your cbet is huuuuuuge, i think ~1650ish is probably best.
id just get it in on the flop
