stg tables loading slow and poker points not being allocated

Took 4 mins in a £10 dym for table to load and to make matters even worse, no poker points had been allocated for the game.
\anybody else had this experience, you could be losing out on precious poker points( affects cashback).
I have reported thids to customer service.
