Download Problems

I cannot access Sky Poker via download today. I have access via browser.

Nothing has changed since last night except for the "outage"

Should I uninstall and re-install or just take a hammer to the whole **** thing??????

I still cannot access via the download. I have been talking to CC via e mail and hoping something can be sorted out.
