bh hand - few talking points please

ok, im posting this for re-assurance, and to get some other opinions about my pre and post flop play
Ok folded to me on the button and since i got a stack i decided to raise light, SB 3-bets but its not even half of my raise - does this make it a profitable call in posision?
The flop obviously i hit bottom pair and he bets half pot, this tells me he doesnt like the board so maybe QQ, JJ type hands. So if i peel a card and see what happens on the turn - again is this profitable if my read is right?
The turn i hit my miricle card, as expected he checks to me so i will state even if i dnt hit a 3 or K here im betting. Again would this be profitable.
River only one bet i have left and obviously with the hand ive got im doing it i think?

Why did you raise so much? any reads on the BB? if they were tight i would be raising but if i think in anway he will call here i probably just fold pre
Dont like the flop call with bottom pair even though your getting 2-1, turn and river fine
imo you got lucky, river bet fine mad fold by them although similar to 1 we saw yesterday on my table
