Blank Screen

I've entered a tournament but all I've got is a blank (black) screen. Anyone any idea what is wrong?

    You might need to download the latest flash player

    Its happened to me a few  times in the past.  Normally closing that screen and then clicking launch tournament opens it up correctly but very occassionally I have had to reboot for it to work correctly

    Done all the above.......still blank. Been blinded out of tourney now.........what a waste of money that was.

    Ok thnx again.....thing is I don't want to enter another tourney in case it happens again. Have been on Adobe site and re-downloaded latest flash player but I won't know if it works until I enter a tourney.

    Try logging on to a cash game. You dont have to sit but you will see if the table launches
