how can i not register

i just tried to reg for the 7.15 deepstack with 6 second remaining and it came up failed to reg, why

    Hi,

    I've checked the tournament and everything is correct, it has the registration set to close 1 second before 7.15.
    I can only assume there was some sort of delay over the connection after you'd clicked register.
    If you encounter this again, please contact customer care with the details so we can investigate.
