10s second hand of 9 handed mtt one over (A) should i be betting river?

Ok as stated in title should i be betting for value on this river. My opponent has shown nearly no strenth in the hand, maybe has a 9 but also as its a $1 tournament could easily have a rag ace.

Opinions?

    Western Eastern Time would be my guess, its in US timezone, and i know one of them in WET Last two words being Eastern Time, only guessing the W in honety.

    approx 40% pot bet bet for me - might not even have the 9 - could be on a low pair

    If he,s got the ace - UL , but the way he,s played it doesn,t suggest that

    Really?

    Folk love a raggy ace in these sort of games. Would you really expect Ace-rag to lead the river here? Check call, check call is the name of the game at this level when folk hit.

    I wouldn't bet here, maybe I'm missing out on value but I just don't think it's a good spot. I think you get called by an ace more often than not.

    If it's a $10 + tourney do you still make a bet?

    Edit: Just re-read the hand. I thought we had bet flop and turn and been called on both streets. So I'm talking BS. I'd stick in a bet here after all. Serves me right for posting after a few beers.
