PLEASE HELP - WPT FREEROLL

I have signed up to an annual subscription of the WPT magazine purely because i want to play in the WPT Freeroll, the additional reading is only a bonus

However....

I do not get my first edition for 6 weeks!!! (bizarre)

So i have not been given a promotional code to enter the freeroll

Surely as a paying customer (full amount has already been debited from my account) i am entitled to join the freeroll?

I would contact WPT direct but there are no contact details on the website

Go and buy the magazine, it's quite a good read actually.

Or as others have said, go and browse through a copy in a shop.
