Was i correct to fold, did he really have the straight or flush did i bet correctly after the flop, turn and river? enough to make him not want to pay to chase the flush or straight

help much appreciated

    flop and check bets are good, potentially even over bet it but pot size is fine. I would check fold the river, he's never betting here with less than a straight, potentially a flush, fold fold fold.

    Hmm...should of probably checked the river, but i play to take as much chips as possible, i would of hated to of checked the river and he checked, if i did have the best hand i would of been gutted i didn't get as much chips as i could of.
