FIRST TIME PLAYER

hi woody350 just joined today and tried my first table. at first my money accepted but no table showing on screen.when finally on table hands dealt to me but couldnt find a way to bet and was just folded out until out. was on a double your money. any help

    I had a similar problem when I changed my laptop.

    Check if you have a 'pop up blocker' or it may be a security/ant-virus/firewall issue

    Try using download software instead of within a browser

    hi thanks for the advice, i rang the helpline and they got me set up and you are right i needed to download the software to allow me to play. played a few double your money games and did ok. only problem now was could not get volume to work and a couple of times when it was me to bet the timer bar had almost run out when it popped up on the screen and one time folded me out when i had ace queen of spades and the flop came with jack and nine of spades so i would of been interested. a pop up appeared on screen a little later saying network error! does this happen often

    Ah 'Network Error' message of death!  Another issue altogether. See seperate threads.
