It's Valentine's Day - a day associated with adoration, romance, devotion, passion...and a massacre!

And what better way of saying "I love you" to the special person in your life than registering in an on-line poker tournament and forcing them to watch you play?

The second event in the All-Rounders' League is tonight:

19:30  Pot Limit Omaha  (2,500 chips / 12 min blinds)

It doesn't matter if you didn't play last week's tournament.  It isn't too late to join the league.  21 players have already registered for this evening's event.  You can join them HERE.

A quick reminder of how the ARL is scored:

"Each player will be assessed on his/her three best finishing positions (two from Hold’em; one from Omaha).  You only need to enter three tournaments to qualify for inclusion in the ARL rankings, but you MUST play at least one of the Omaha events."

So, come and get some PLO goodness!  See you at the tables at 19:30 :)

    In, and have plenty o' hints/tips from Tikay on another thread. Am now au fait with danglers, double danglers, wraps and super wraps and temporary nuts.

    With just over an hour to go until the start of the tournament, 30 players have signed up and are ready to play!

    Before and after tonight's ARL event, I'll be playing some low-stakes PLO cash.  I'll let you know when and where.

    Also, if I get knocked out early of the 19:30 tournament (highly probable), I might enter the TSP Classic at 21:00.

    We're at the first break.

    I think it's fair to say the first hour of the tournament has not gone particularly well for me...

    I have a stack of 1,500 (15bbs) - 30th out of the 32 remaining players.

    So, right now, there's a very good chance I'll be playing the TSP Classic in 30 minutes' time!

    I've managed to turn things around (with the help of a generous donation from tempusfuge)...

    I'm currently 10th out of 25 players in the ARL.

    So, I will be giving the TSP Classic a miss after all.  Eat that, GREGDONK!!!

    We're at the second break...

    12 players remain - and I'm currently 3rd in chips.  The players who are 1st and 2nd on the leaderboard (goodylad21 and tempusfuge) are also at my table.

    (By the way, none of the players who made the top 12 last week is still in!)
