Bounty Hunters, Split pot, But other guy gets the head

Example hand below.

Shouldnt the head prizes in this situation also be split. As because i was BB i didnt get any part of the head.

Kind of annoying.

    i think the other guy got the head because he had the bigger chip stack same thing happened to me in the past i been the player all in against 2 split the pot but the other guy got the head prize

    You prob didn't have him covered if that was the case.

    I can categorically state that the player with the bigger chip stack at the start of the hand gets the bounty, it is the same rule that is used if there is an odd chip in a split pot and this rule is also used in live poker events.

    Also incorrect ;-). The split chip goes to the player out of position (technically the person closest to the button is ON the button) its because its harder to win the hand OOP so they get rewarded by an extra 0.5 of a chip... WP Sir

    I am led to believe it is the smaller BR player that loses out but I could be wrong :)

    From my experience of Bounty Hunters playing on Sky,
    Biggest stack only gets the bounty if they go all-in, unmatched bet return,
    they don't even have to win the hand, only beat the shortie with a made hand.
    If the big stack just calls to cover the all-ins, the first to act gets bounty.
    So if your the big stack, always shove, don't just call or you'll lose the bounty.
