TO BE FAIR TO SKY !!!!
I HAVE HAD 'FALL OUTS' IN THE CHATBOX AND A SKY MOD HAS TOLD US TO BE GOOD !!!!!! IN THE CHAT BOX.

I AGREE TO NAME ABUSIVE PLAYERS AND THEY CAN HAVE 2 CHANCES TO BE GOOD OR THEY HAVE THEIR CHAT BAND,
SKY COULD EVEN ADD A MARKER TO 1ST WARNING AND 2ND WARNING PLAYERS SO WE ALL KNOW TO STEER OUR CHAT AWAY FROM THESE PLAYERS,

SIMPLES !! NO MORE AGRO FOR PLAYERS OR FOR SKY,

PLEASE NOTE:- SKY BOSSES, I WANT FREE MTT ENTRY'S FOR SORTING THIS OUT FOR YOU LOL !!!!!!!!!!!

         Hi Dave,
After reading your thread on Guidlines and Rules which you did today, have i posted the above question regarding the reason why Sky Poker dont have Mods to look after the tables in the correct area.
I know you dont like people thinking that C.C. are not doing there jobs well enough, but can i just ask you have you ever had to ring C.C. about  a problem or to report someone who is abusive,  i have had to do these things and the service i recieved was not what i expect from a company like Sky.
Please if you could just let me know if i have posted correctly  Thank You .
                                                Regards   Mick.

Moderators don't have access to the same systems as Customer Care. CC need to be able to look at the chat logs, which in turn would open up data about hand histories and so on. Moderators on here also play, so the reason for not letting them on to the same systems as CC is obvious enough.

We get as many people as we can to help out on the forum as Moderators but that's basically the end of their remit; the forum.

So mods play on the site? Can you list them so we play nicely on the tables with them so not to incur a forum ban if we stack them and giggle slightly in the chat box. Also, are they all volunteer mods/chosen mods and do they get paid in kind ie free tourny entries etc etc?

I hereby put me and neildown forward as part time mods for all areas that are not GPC. :)

        Hi again Dave,
I think you are missing the point of my question, why dont Sky have Mods who just look after the tables as other sites do.
I am not asking for the forum Mods to do 2 jobs , and my point about C.C.in my view still stands or maybe i was just very unlucky to have spoken to people at C.C. who were having a bad day at the office.

Why should people put up with abuse?
Most people wouldn't put up with it in everyday life so why should they while playing a game they enjoy online?
People giving out this abuse should realise they are now playing poker on an 18+ site not on facebook anymore :)

In Response to Re: Abusive behaviour : From what i'v read on the thread most of the questions have been answered? Regarding a mod just for the tables i can't really see the point, from what i understand if you contact CC while this "abuse" is happening on a table they are able to load the table up and view it themselves, then take action

Thank you for the answers as long as it is all sorted :)
