poke channel on pc

when i watch poker channel on pc the volume is very low even tho it is on high and speakers on max is there any way i can make it louder

    While you are at it, any chance of turning the back ground music down on some of the 'my name is'?
    Oh, and turning the background music down when going into a break on 865?
    (it is like a plane taking off sometimes!)
