make 1st 2nd and 3rd give a diffrent amount of points so there is still something to play for.

    They just changed from that system to how it is now.
    Apparently Sky are changing it to end the game as soon as only 3 players left very soon.

    Much preferred the old system - definitley don't like this business of tables closeing with 3 players left, you loose half of the game.
