as some know i am trying to get away from a trappy game and trying to get my bet sizing right, with 2 checks in front of me i would normally check this, was it right to bet out and was it too small or too big!!

its a very good board to bet, plenty of hands that can call as its easy to hit their range if they have under pairs your not getting paid much but players do like to peel one, bet size you should make it the same as your standard c/bet, 60-75% is what i make it, if i think they are bad i can bet half pot with air and bigger with a good hand yeah it looks obvious what your doing but if they only play their cards it really dont matter

Don't be results orientated. Just because they folded doesn't mean you bet the wrong size. That is a VERY draw heavy flop, personally I'm betting a MINIMUM of £3 there. Make them pay for draws.

Straight and flush draws will be very happy with calling a half pot bet, I'd make it £3.25.
