Just watching the first Sky Poker School with Redmond and Trevor and noticed in the graphic with the Top 20 starting hands AK (suited) is the 8th, 12th and 13th best starting hand!

It is not clear from this, but this relates to HU starting hands (obviously a typo occurred with no's 12 & 13).

I'd be interested to see what people come up with. In a deep-stacked cash game 33 is much better than QTo, but when short-stacked in a tourney I'd much prefer the QT.

Anyway generally its:
AA
KK
AKs
QQ
AK
the JJ-TT-99 as a group
then I like the suited connectors:
JT
T9
98
87

Note not KQs or QJs - you're invariably dominated with these.
