Advice needed - Not profiting from SnG's....

I decided to look into my stats on Sharkscope. From there i can see i've played over 1100 SnG's and virtually broke even. On MTTS i have played just over 450 with an ROI of 204% and a fairly reasonable profit. I've tried playing cash a few times and i definitely think it's not for me. Any suggestions as to what i should do in this situation?

    play tighter early on and avoid flips

    i'm in the same boat mate, i only ever used to play dym stts built up a small profit but now bout 90 quid down in them but am much more profitable in mtts.

    i rarely play them now, just stick to mtts they are a lot more fun anyway

    It's the rake that's killing you. Without the rake you'd be 10% in profit over 1100 games, which is a big edge.
    I'm not sure it's possible to beat this 10% rake over the long term in any form of poker to be honest, but certainly it's very difficult in SnGs and maybe impossible in DYMs.
    There are enough MTTs on this site to keep you going though.

    its definately possible to beat the rake at the £10 DYM's and below

    i haven't played enough £20+ DYM's to comment but i know of at least 2 people who beat the levels above
