Drunken busto. Again.

New Years resolution: Bank Roll Management.

January : DYM'd £30 into £60.
Early February : £30 into £90 with little risk.

So the cash adventure begins. 4 nights profit.

Last night drinking : Stacked twice at 5/10p after bluffs. Tripled up with a set on an A high board. Hmm. Lesson learnt? Apparently that I'm now fit for 50/100. Bring on TSP.

Busto and it wasn't even bad beats or coolers. It was stone cold bluffs.

I'm Scottish and fit the stereotype of being tight with my money. Would hate to give you English bassas it in normal circumstances. But soon as that wine bottle's open? : Glitter who? LJames who? Meh.

So dear Poker clinic,

How do I stop busting when drunk?

Stopping drinking's not an option, I already said I'm Scottish.
Barring myself makes no difference. There are a couple of other poker sites on the go I believe.

So suggestions?

And the award for best Sporny impression of the day goes to... The don90. (fanfare smilie)

I went in mum? I thought that was just a myth about you Borders chaps.

    ;-)

You dried your eyes and back playing Donaldo? You might even win. If the huns can progress in Europe anything's possible.

I'd challenge you hu but I'm busto. I think I might have written a thread about it somewhere.

Not really having the odd game to pass time but got a few things to sort out. And as the mighty Rangers somehow managed to beat a team better than us it helped boost my moods.

I think i worded my post wrong. It is a rumour u talk of. Im an Edinburgh chap origionally me.

Anyways what i was meant to say but since im such a n00b and didnt go to school i got it wrong.

I lived next door to school. I went to school, done about one lesson before mum went to work then i went home and played football manager.

Same here. 90% of my poker losses come after ale. Answer - damned if I know!
Playing poker is a bit like chasing women - you know you really shouldn't do it after you've been drinking, but it appeals at the time so you just can't help yourself! And you invariably regret it next day.....

At least I've the self respect to support one of our teams but. Pffftt. Edinburgh born hun? I can see me and you having words when SPT next has the decency to visit our country ;-)

May the cards fall your way Donaldo.

Highland Poker Tour in Wick in two weeks if you fancy it? Got a spare bed if you do. £55 entry (Tourney, not my house).

Decent Chinese up here if you want to cash in on the cats? ;-) I jest, I'm a cat man too.

I'm not a pure Edinburgh man myself. My parents are neep-dockers and my dad just happened to be harling half of Edinburgh when I came on the scene. They decided to move back here rather than risk me becoming a smackheid. Probably a wise decision, lol. I still have the complex of being a Hibee though. The dsflhskdj!

Offer's real if you want a freebie holiday though Don. PM me if you change your mind. I'd print my contact details here but I don't want Dohhhhhhh's heavy breathing phone calls again. It's only my avatar!!!!!

Haha. i may take up on it, itll all depend on moneys, thanks for the offer. Not much in Scotland now that the SPT wont visit us and just one visit a year from UKIPT, only two events i know we really have except for the poker leagues across scotland holding the odd thing.

Any wounder why we struggle to produce top quality poker players init.
