Insta call/crying call/snap fold/crying fold?

Never played this guy on the micro stakes heads up tables before, we'd only been playing about 5-10 minutes and i would say he is very LAG, got to showdown a few times after calling him down with middle pair type hands and he's had nothing at all so he likes to try and represent hands, but i've no idea if this is how he'd play 4 to the flush?..

    oops cut off the stacks, he started the hand with £5.73, i had £15.55

    Good bet sizing throughout. For me it's a fold, players at this level will call any bet on a draw, and when he suddenly shoves after being so passive I'd say there's a strong chance he has the flush.

    Against a player who is losing, who has already shown a high bluff frequency I call.
