When to re-load in cash games?

OK, really simple question. If the max buy-in is 100BB, at what stage should you reload back to 100BB? I always try to keep at the very least 50BB in case of a double up. Is there a minimum i should stick to, maybe 80BB's? There is no point in being down to 10BB and then doubling up is there!

Anyone?

If your a winning player then keep as close to 100 BB's as possible (say reload at 90).

I would personnally top up if my BB's get below 80% -  we don't want to hit a monster when we are only sat with 50BB for instance - keep it topped up for maximum payout.

I usually top up every second circle unless im multitabling in which case its as and when i can, usually straight after a big lost pot.
