It's a good bet as an ace must be in range for the villain and you having a 6 wouldn't make sense at all so an ace would snap it off.

What would you have done if the river bricked though seeing as you clearly weren't believing the villain throughout the hand....?

In Bounty Hunter tourneys you should play most hands as if it were a regular freezeout because first prize is worth far more than a bounty. Trying too hard to chase bounties is a common mistake.

I'd value bet fairly thin here and be happy if he calls. If he has an ace or thinks you're trying to pinch it and decides to come over the top then great, now you might get your bounty.

The big overbet as played is transparent, you're never going to get a call with anything less than the nuts unless the villain is absolutely awful.
