For me I would set him in, and your stack has him comfortably covered. You can handle losing the hand. Most likely situation is he has a lower Ace such as AJ or A10 and you are in a great spot with one card to come. In the situation where you're up against AK or a set then you just have to take it on the chin.
However if you feel you can find a better spot than this, then don't worry about folding. All you have is one pair at the end of the day
