Comments
For the following reasons:
1) You are bloating the pot out of position with a marginal and no real idea where you are
2) If he is ahead, he is very unlikely to fold and you've just wasted a lot of chips "finding out where you are."
3) If he is bluffing you fold him out and your 9's lose value
4) If he has overs, and gets there then it's a bit annoying but you win long run for all the times he fires and doesn't get there. He is probably only about 20% with 2 overs in this spot.
It's really awkward though.
As played im happy to flat flop but give up on turn as it hits alot of there range
I think raise/folding pre or c/ring the flop are the worst possible options.
As played pre, would betting out on the flop have been terrible?
Genuine question regarding shoving. Is shoving 99 with 26BB a sensible stategy?
