Cardroom Changes # 6 - "Extended Timeout Setting"

If you are a cash player, & need to take a break, a new "Timeout Session" has been developed.

This will, initially, be set to 12 hands. I believe it can be (by Sky Poker) made slightly less, or more, depending how it is received by players. "More" might be better, but would be subject, potentially, to misuse or abuse, so 12 hands it is for now.

Click "Sit-Out" if you need a break, & you will have 12 hands before you are removed from the Table. When you return, within 12 hands, just click "I'm Back". This will work providing you leave the Table open.

    Wasn't it around 12 hands before ???I thought it was 2 orbits.....

    Obv it couldn't have been, very welcome change    :)

    I honestly don't know, sorry, but I thought it was a lot less.

    Either way, the key thing here is that there is now a "flick of a switch" functionality for Sky Poker to adjust it up or down in the light of customer feedback, & abuse of the system.

    It was fixed at 4 hands before guys.. which if everyone folds pre could have been just a minute or 2.

    It's easily configurable by me now, so if with experience you feel 12 hands is too long/too short then please feel free to discuss and let me know your thoughts

    Massive improvement! Now just need "auto rebuy to the max" to make the cash tables much more playable.

    Yeah this is a great improvement.

    A few times i've nipped off to get a drink and let the dog out only to find i've had to rejoin the table.
