timed out no sit back button??

this was only a free table but thought id try and multi table ( for practice) but i found i got timed out and could not get back in till i was removed from table, at the same time other table i could not bet, now i`m not complaining  but if this is happening on paid tables ie mtt i would not be happy, just thought i`ll let you guy`s know

Hi Sporny,

I've never heard this reported on real money tables and i've not been able to recreate this on the free play today.

When you say you timed out, do you mean you just didnt act in time so it folded you and sat you out?
When you say you couldnt get back in, do you mean there was no 'im back' button or the button was there but didnt do anything when you clicked it?
On the other table where you couldnt bet, do you mean there were no buttons to click when your turn to act? or that you could see the buttons but they didnt do anything? Could you see a 'your turn' timer? when did this table resolve itself and allow you to bet (next hand? After standing up?)
Did you receive any error messages, e.g. 'Invalid state'?

P.S. it's pretty hard for us to find anything here, as we don't record all actions on free play tables as we would for real-money play.

hi yes i didn`t bet in time so got timed out, normally i know there`s an i`m back button but one this occasion there was no i`m back button and at same time on other table there was no betting button so timer ran down and again there was no i`m back button,

so i had to wait till i got taken off table, then re-sit to get any betting action

i also did not recieve any error messages

i realize freeplay is differant to cash, but if this was happening freeplay then it could happen on cash, that`s why i said something just incase it could be happening, not really bothered about it as much because freeplay practice multi table as i`m not very at it, but if it was cash then that`s a differant story i would be annoyed
