After a few near misses (3x second place) since noticing I was on 149 wins I just managed to record my 150th first place in a scheduled MTT on Sky Poker

Final hand, what a gift. Note how incredibly deep we are, 180 BB vs 82 BB. I was expecting to be shown two pairs at the very least, however to my surprise my opponent had decided top pair with top kicker was good enough to play for all his chips. He was drawing dead when stacks went in;
I ran like a one-legged man wearing a ball and chain at higher buy-ins, then totally ran over this one, taking six out of a possible seven head-prizes including all five at the 'final table' (lol).
It was the tiniest tournent I've entered for weeks/months. Still, I'll take it, they all count, and they all feel good no matter what the buy-in or field size.
MTT win #151 on Sky Poker for me I ran like a one-legged man wearing a ball and chain at higher buy-ins, then totally ran over this one, taking six out of a possible seven head-prizes including all five at the 'final table' (lol). Nice 1 Gary, I saw one the other day with 24 runners and a player had taken 12 heads and winning resulting in him taking about half the total prize pool thought that was good but as usual you have outdone him here lol.
Thought I would post a couple of binks I've had this week. Also fortunate to have a couple of 3rd place finishes as well, so not a bad start to the week!
OK, it's only an all-in satellite, but I'm still claiming it as a win:) A £33 Main event seat for £1.80.
It's about time I won one of these seeing as I'm the inventor.
I first suggested 'Russian Roulette MTTs' in Community Suggestions in July 2012. Then I reposted the idea as 'last chance satellites to big events' in a Design Your Own Tournament Competition that ran in August 2012. I didn't win one of the three prizes on offer.
Five weeks later all-in sats were introduced and they've been running ever since. Two of the prize-winning tournament designs never even got off the ground lol.
£5.75 Bounty Hunter, 84 runners. Won it with a huge suck-out in the final hand. Apologies to UncleNafe who took the harsh beat. I know how he feels having had the same thing happen to me several times.
Final hand I have a dominating K on a K high flop, Smanik hits 2 pair on the turn and it all goes in just for it to be counterfeited on the river. It's important to remember these occasions when it seems to always be going against you.
I won the £2.20 at 2.20 Deepstack Rainman Special yesterday, which got me into the Turbo Open (as a gift from Sky Santa), which turned into a min cash.
