If they have both tiny stacks of, say, 2000 chips, then you should probably fold. But the situation as described is clear (in a live game you may have a tell that the BB will re-raise, so that's potentially different).
I'm probably leaning towards folding. Your getting around 3/1 on your money against two guys stacks who crush you, plus your totally out of position. Much of the time your left having to check fold your hand for 10% of your stack. For me it would likely depend on how the raiser and caller are playing. If I feel I'll see checks I probably call, if they are always going to bet I probably save to 10% or so for a better spot....maybe
