cant top up 'insufficient funds'

so on on several tables a little while after 4:00 pm i could not top up when below 100bb stack because it says i have 'insufficient funds' this is obv a lie.
also when talking to another player they were having the same problem but also couldnt open new tables with the same error appearing. i didnt try to open new tables so cant verify this.
