Hand 1 is not running bad its terrible, i wouldnt play QJ UTG at these levels, u was always behind = fix the leak

Hand 2 is unlucky going all in at nl4 with AK isn't that bad and u went in ahead but as multway it reduces ur chances of holding

hand 3 ur own fault again would not limp with J8 suited main thing is you are OOP the whole hand and will have to hit massive for this to be profitable. Good fold and played well post flop imo but i really dont like the call pre unless you were in late position then it would be more acceptable

In short it really does depend if you are playing good poker and getting it in ahead  and making good decisions then i would continue. I perosonally think you need to work on your game and if you post in the poker clinic then you can get some advice from others, if not can always review the hands yourself and try to spot common leaks etc.

9/10 i am folding K8 but this guy was putting obscene raises in with garbage 27os etc i thought its worth checking the flop. As you can see the villain is a crazy player. J8 i agree i was just checking out an experiment that worked for me yesterday. You see i have only put my biggest loses on here but there are alot £1 loses that probably equal to about £10 too, i think all these together are sparking the eratic player in me

the first hand as you might see is against danbolton as are two more, i made this call out of frustration as he went all in so many times and he still beat me with two flips and a cooler

Take a break then, if someone is playing any 2 just wait for Strong hands and then punish them much easier then flipping in marginal spots. K8 hand yes you got in good but still its never a good call pre even with the most aggro/loose player in the world.

As your last point has mentioned you was getting frustrated if thats the case save for another day and your probably on tilt. once you start making silly calls this will end up costing alot long term. those £1 pots ur losing i would either post them or look over them whether you made correct play up till you fold? or showdown. should you be folding pre in your position with your cards? post flop have you played it optimally vs your opponent

at nl4 there really is no need to be creative i used to try it but failed miserably, the best way your going to get out of this level is playing solid ABC poker. get your strong hands and bet 3/4 to pot each street when you do.

yep i do agree with you. Your probably right throughout thank you for taking the time i think i might of just needed abit of a rant about losing so much in such a short space of time on low stakes, there probably is amixture of bad play and bad luck involved it happens to us all right.
