now i know a few people sometimes have prob with customer care but i had a problen getting to rail a friend, then i registered for a £1.05 sat for tonites main after 5 mins no table came up so rang them, gave them details ie i`m on firefox, so they gave me my money back and said try internet explorer, when the table came up 20 mins into game, i was still tournie but did not play rest off it as i got refund back, so i`m sorry to those players for me sitting out, i know it`s annoying when you end up with a sit out but to play after refund is not right, so i hope it did not ruin your game to much ? now i know customer care never really the credit for what they do especially with annoyed players ( i was very polite with them ) but they did there best and the person i spoke knew what he doing ( shocking ) lol, so just for c/care
