50nl, 10 handed, how would you interpret this river overbet?

Open 5x in ep as these tables used to be really loose/fishy when I used to play them.

Sizing on the turn is probably too small..........

But wtf does his river bet mean??? Has he had me beat all the way or has he just spiked 2 pair?

What are your thoughts otr?

Never seen or played the guy before.

This river overbet means your opponent is a complete douche.

    No idea what it means.

    Sick spot.

It's probably a bad call if you make it. Doesn't mean I don't.

    cant see many 2pr combos

only hands that he should be shoving with that we are beating are QJ/QT/JTss.

    gy spot

    Horrid spot!

I would call depending on how much you have had to drink!!

I'm thinking he hit a set and got excited on the river!

theres no obvious draws on this dry board (apart from gutters) that missed and bluffed river that with the fact we only have 1 pair/bluff catcher and the bet is huge makes this a fold for me.

Since villian could turn up with anything here, from bluffs to sets, but the only reasonable hand you beat that he thinks he is value shoving is AK, I'd go with a fold since its more likely a hand than bluffs on this board.

I think he has a set here, quite possibly flopped. Only hand I can see him having 2 pair really is K9 which is the sort of hand a fish would call a 5x raise with, but much more likely here is 44/66 IMO.

Don't like it much but I can't see much you're beating, there's very few draws he'd be calling to the river with and trying to bluff you off with, apart from the ones scotty listed- I think he has a hand crushing yours way more often.

villain is a spewtard nutter gambler, i was at this table and he sat with like £10 and was luckboxing shoving pre with nonsense and span up to 80 odd quid, he showed down some daft cards, it wouldnt suprise me if he had J10 and chased a gutshot n spewshoved river when he missed...villain promptly got stacked after this, dunno if u were still playing tho

based on the reads id call, sounds nutty but i prob would. against any1 else im folding

Looks like a set or K9 to me.  Dont think he Jams AK.  Check Call, Check Call.  Looks like he was happy for you to build the pot then drop the hammer on the river.  Maybe if you bet the turn stronger you get more information.

Timed out on 4 tables while I thought the hand through.

Couldn't put him on anything, and felt the sizing on the turn maybe under repped my hand, and to him I "might have looked weak"

    Thanx for all the replies.
