entered tournie and no table up

just spoke to customer care, told them i was on firefox so they said go to explorer and is working their fine so why is it a problem with firefox after i was recommended by sky to use, now i`m being told use internet explorer ???

    Sometimes web browsers (firefox, internet explorer, safari etc) have updates which can then cause things like sky poker to have a few problems. Also other software that is used in these broswers can also then have problems, software like flash, java etc.

    Then some updates on here may then develope problems that went undetected during testing too.

    It would be much easier if all browsers functioned the same.

    found solution... if you look carefully it might say need to reload adobe software.  difficult to see as dark blue background with grey font.
