    Can't confirm if this is true, but if so it's much worse.

    I heard about a jackpot game where if you had aces full beaten there was a jackpot of 20K, half was split between you and your conqueror, the other half was shared by everyone who had anted up.
    Now there are lots of funny rules about jackpots, but this one was straightforward: If aces full lose, you win.

    2 players see the flop, which comes AAA. The table gets excited - surely the jackpot is going to be taken down right here.
    Anyway, one of the guys bets a tenner and the other guy folds! Pairing any of his hole cards on the turn or river would have made him 5K! Even if the fourth ace hit on turn or river, he'd still be quids in.

    He was getting 500/1 on a 7/3 chance and folded!
    The rest of the table went absolutely mad as they potentially lost their shares, but there you go.
