    Obvoiusly just frustrated (being polite here) with his game or the nature of poker. My advise lucky7, switch of the computer and leave it switched of for at least a day and go for a nice walk/cycle ride ect,

    and I guarentee you things will not seem so bad tomorrow

    If you really want to this time then you can do it with a few clicks -

    My Account
    Gambling Safely
    Stop Betting
    Self Exclusion

    Then select the Sky services you wish to exclude and a period between 6 months and 5 years.
