Is this a queen?

First point is I know opening raise is too small. After that standard c bet on flop then I hit my card. X hadn't been making these sort of plays, so put him on the queen.

Is this lay down to weak? In hindsight i'm not sure he would call flop and turn bet with just a queen. Any thoughts/advice?

Ugly river but I'd be tempted to call seeing as it's only 22 bigs. Also maybe make it £1.20 preflop instead. Betting on flop and turn looks fine.
