    Okay Knights, I'm away at a paaartaaaayyyy today and tomorrow so will be away from the tables!! Let me know how you're getting on with SPT qualification over the weekend and I'll keep checking the forum on my iphone...

    got caught up in a nice nl50 table last night and just couldnt close the table to play spt( running hot and wasnt going to cut the cash flow off short) but now can afford to pay  for more semis( gonna need to i think) well done jageur and come on the rest of the team!!!

    Hi Hatfield!

    It's really best to pop this question on the STP thread in the Sky Poker Tour part of the forum as they are the people with the info!!!!! However as you have posted here I will answer as best I can from experience (which is limited!!)

    Sometimes Sky Poker are able to offer 'turn up' players a place on an 'alternates' list. This means that you pay your money and if someone goes busto in level 1 (sometimes including level 2) then the first player on the alternates list will be able to join the game with the starting stack as was at the tourny start. The more people go bust, the more alternates will be able to play...The alternates list is on a first come basis and it is no means guaranteed that you will get a place. To get on the alternates list you need to arrive at the casino at 12pm on the day to stand the greatest chance of getting a place...

    The best way to guarantee a place is via the sky poker satellites and semi's that run every night. Even if you don't manage to get a place but fancy coming along anyway, the SPT's are always fun and friendly, there will be plenty of opportunities to play sit and go's with presenters and other Sky Players thoughout the day and the side events are pretty fun too...

    I really hope this helps but as I said, I would recommend you post your question on the SPT thread for clarification as the Leeds leg of the tour has a small card room compared to some other venues on the tour!!

    well done mate, proud of you!!! would just like to apologise to anyone on my table for the troll/stalker i have at the moment who comes onto my table and starts abuse. i shouldn't of risen to it, but it is getting ridiculous. it wont happen again i assure you. will try again today. well done again scouse          phil

    Phil you've got nothing to apologise for m8 it wasn't your fault, people who do things like that obviously have a serious problem going on, good luck for today bud.

    Got to love Haysie. Limped into my blind every time. So at the bubble, I raise with 9 2 off to 3,600 chips and he calles. He checks an ugly flop and i shove. Some people never know when to leave a man's blinds alone.
