Saturday night = real money six-max No Limit Hold'em action on channel 865, in the form of Master Cash (Cash 300 edition) and Top of the Pots.

The entertainment begins at 9pm, hosted by yours truly, with the able assistance and expertise of Trevor Harris.  Plus, Sim 'simuk' Mahon will be our studio guest, breaking down the meta game and revealing how to crush Sky Poker's cash tables!  Got a strategy question for Sim?  You know where to send it :)

...with a twist.  Questions on all subjects are welcome, remembering that Mr Harris's specialism is the game of football.  If you stump Trev with a tricky trivia question, you'll go into the draw to win a prize. Here's how it works:

* Come up with a general knowledge question that Trevor can't answer, you'll go into the draw to win free entry to a Take on Tikay tournament.

* Come up with a football-related question that Trevor can't answer, you'll go into the draw to win free entry to a TSP Classic tournament.

    I forgot Sim was due on tonight, having heard a couple of Simuk interviews on TV and read all his blogs, I predict this is gonna be one of the best 865 shows ever! No pressure.

    Question for sim....

    When you hold small or medium pocket pair in early position, say 22 - TT, and you are 3 bet by an unknown player 100xbb deep who will have position for the rest of the hand, what do you normally do and why? 

    If you like to call and see what happens, how shallow in terms of bb's does the "unknown" have to be to make it a clear 4bet or fold situation?

    Recently I've made some changes in my mental approach, with positive results. 

    Do you expect to win, or at least expect to outplay your opponents every single time you play poker? Have you always been confident in your ability, or have you had periods where your confidence has dropped, and if so, how did this affect your performance/results?

    Do you think that arrogance is a positive or negative trait for an online cash player?

    1: General - Film (So, no help from you James)
    In the Spielberg movie, Close Encounters of the Third kind,
