No cash for points?

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.

Am I the only person who is yet to receive my cash for points for March ? I earned 2149 points which is £30.00. Waited 5 working days and it's yet to come. Just checking on here before I ask customer support incase they haven't issued it to anyone yet.

Thanks in advance (may I add what a stunning day it is today, off for a quick round of golf and then a session in a beer garden to make the most of it !)

    For march  2000 points will get you £37.50 as it's 25% extra for the month.

    I got mine Thursday, id contact cs if i were you.

    Also did you enter the code points in the account section?

    After a phone call with one of the chaps from CS it turns out I had not put in the code (I should really have realised their would have to be a code) However they understood the mistake and let me off this one time.

    Great customer service from sky, especially as they were the ones who CALLED ME. Wont see that from any other site ? Keep up the good work.
