Yes I was never folding there, by the sounds of the responses I made the wrong choice and shoved!

I knew he was never folding as he was mad but I  should of called then snapped his shove right?

yeah call call, let him bluff if he is, let him overvalue a hand if he is etc.

cos ure letting him hit his inside straight draw! and at best ure avoiding another turn flushy card that could also improve his hand giving him odds to call next on the river.!

You either ship it or raise it enough so that he knows you are committed to the hand ! easy really.

not being funny i just said what greghoff just said how weird is that?? after looking back throught the posts...

Anyway ,You do have a point regarding folding if he has 2 pair or trips but thats the gamble , you stuck 9 quid in the pot , u got 27 behind and ure wondering whether or not to shove or fold?

Know what i would do in a instant ..u dont want to give him ANY free cards at all on this board

lol at protecting our hand against back door flush draws. this is a great board for us and we are in position against a guy who is aggro, calling and letting him bluff again on the turn is defo the best option.

loook all im saying is if he had an overpair hes shipping it in with ya regardless , If hes got a set u would have to imagine he would slow play THAT on the flop instead of your aces imo!

Hey im not a pro but ive played enough and done a lot of poker in the past 5 years ,.....i would just jam it if u lose the $$$  over 2 pair so fing what ...

He has a decision then to call ure all in shove doesnt he! make it difficult for your opponant isnt that what its about??

I cannot imagine anyone slowplaying aces here no way dont care who you are. I know its a cash game imo large differance to tourney ethics but i mean wtf u still have to jam 27 more into  18 pound pot . if he calls and he has top pair or draw then ure happy. its unlikely hes calling your preflop raise with junk!!  And if he has then u just got unlucky, you gotta think the hand through what could he have ? etc

I think I will take the advice from good cash players on here like yb and beaneh to be fair.

Also I never slow played them.

I 3 bet big pre and bet 3/4 pot on flop. Pretty standard imo.

I accept what you are saying about him not folding mid PP's now, but why will he fold them on the turn? if he still puts them in + we give him the oppurtunity to bluff that's better than just jamming it in and folding out his bluffs that probably don't have much equity anyway.

everyone got their own style man !  just giving u my concerted opinion. Many cash players like u say would milk it foer all its worth ,but doing that gives risk and I like to eliminate said risks.  You give him chance to hit any one number of cards there on the turn and he prolly laugh his socks off at ure wasted aces.
