    Stranger things have happened....

At the break I'm currently in 7th with 138 left.

I might make the money here....

An hour and a half in and I've got The Swiss at my table. I've got position on him, but he is very dangerous - an excellent MTT player.

Currently 23 out of 59. Cards are cold, I've had to steal a few blinds to tread water. The Swiss is a big worry, the other players are ABC predictable.

    I just busted The Swiss!!
I let him steal my blinds for a couple of rounds then nailed him. Well played BigBluster - a dangerous rival gone.
    Currently 24 of 50 - I've made the money.

I'm currently 33th out of 46 with about 10 big blinds left. Cards are colder than an ice-cube....looking for a pair in the hole, starting to get blinded - will shove fom next button with anything.

Moved all-in on the button and had 99. everyone folded.
Still precarious 34 out of 44. time to get seriously aggresive.

Button again, and 99 again, all-in everyone folds. Still surviving, 31 out of 41

    WOW!
Last two big blinds they've given me a walk. They must know that I'm ready to shove. NB: look for the min-raise pre-flop

I just shoved from the big blind with 92 and everyone folded.Phew!
Next hand I shoved small blind with AT - they all folded. They think I'm a maniac.

Busted! I had a flush draw on the flop, bet it heavily and it didn't work out.

    34th place.

    D'OH!

I would have loved to have you at my table Pianoplaya. That would've been a lot of fun Alex.

    Next time maybe.

    Thank you.
I'm a bit disappointed in a way - I played my best game and still didn't make the FT. I understand variance, standard deviantion and all that, but it would have been nice to make the FT, especially since I publicised that I was going to win it!

C'est la vie. Thanks everyone for their contributions.

Hey, if it was just about playing the best to win all these mtt's, Phil Ivey would win the WSOP every year right?

After announcing you were going to waltz away with it, I think you did well not to go busto 1st hand!

No, deffo a gud cash and best of luck in your future tournies, though it looks like you prob don't need it! 8- />
