Self flagellation is never an edifying spectacle - so I'll join in :-)
Your flat call at the flop having made QQQ was poxy in the extreme,
and for your check at the turn you should be marched to a place of
    execution!!

    It isn't a bad beat......

You do have to bet the turn though, why didn't you?

Im finding it hard to work out potsizes, stacksizes etc so my cooments on sizing could be off but anyway

I raise a little bigger pre with 2 limpers ahead of me

bet turn for value from worse Qs flush draws, pocket pairs, random c**p. You are missing huge value here

Shove river when you are raised

i was trying to be to clever i think. he was pretty aggresive when he seen weakness so thought he wouldnt put me on a Q if i checked the turn.

But even if he does put you on a queen, even if you turn it over and show him a queen, there are still lots of hands he will call you with on the turn, that he wont call you with on the river.

He's hit runner-runner for the straight, of course getting a free card on the turn, but I'd feel pretty bad beatish after getting this although I would never check the turn Obz.

Being clever on the turn was a mistake, cant see u putting him on a str8 draw but did u not think possible flush draw with his flop call? IMO u should have put an end to the pot on the turn with a good size bet.

We dont want worse hands to fold if we bet turn.

Yh that's the other end of the scary bad scale, somewhere close to the option of folding the turn in position.

hi waynec, i did know the flush draw was there but in my mind i thought that if the river comes a blank then i can get all his stack if he is playin a pp or maybe he might bluff with a busted flush draw. this hand has taught me not to be to smart with my play. ABC from now on.
